A custom CRM portal built on the MERN stack centralising booking management, customer records, invoicing, route planning, and fleet operations for transport and hotel businesses in one unified platform.
Transport and hotel operations were managed across disconnected tools, bookings in spreadsheets, customer records in separate files, invoices generated manually, and fleet data tracked informally. There was no single source of truth, no real-time visibility, and no way to enforce access controls across teams.
