Mazad Al Bina
Mazad Al Bina is a bilingual construction and home-services marketplace for iOS and Android. Customers post service or material requests with photos and location, nearby technicians and suppliers submit competitive offers, and both sides negotiate in-app until a provider is confirmed.

Homeowners sourced technicians and construction materials through phone calls and WhatsApp, with no structured way to compare prices, review providers, or keep negotiations in one place. Offers were informal, hard to track, and slow to close.
The transformation
What the client was dealing with, and what we replaced it with.
- Homeowners relied on phone calls and WhatsApp to find technicians and construction materials
- No transparent way to compare prices or provider quality side by side
- Offers and negotiations were scattered across chats with no audit trail
- Suppliers and technicians had no structured channel to bid on nearby demand
- Arabic-speaking users needed a real RTL experience, not a mirrored afterthought
- No shared ratings or confirmation flow to build trust after a job
- Customers post service or material requests with photos, details, and location
- Nearby technicians and suppliers submit competitive offers for customers to compare
- In-app chat supports negotiation before accept or reject
- Three role types so customers, technicians, and suppliers each get the right workflows
- Fully bilingual English/Arabic UI with true RTL layout throughout the product
- Ratings and push notifications keep both sides informed and accountable
- Backend and API integration powering the full request-to-confirmation lifecycle
